How Time Passes By..

 Hello Friends,

How time passes by before we know it.  I haven't been doing a lot of crafting over that time but have made a few doilies that I haven't blocked.  I've recently been crocheting Delsie Rhodes patterns from the book Touched by Nature.  There are 6 designs in the book.  Believe me those designs are not for two colors, so the best is the stick with a solid color you choose.

I made a mistake while crocheting the design Nature's Bounty.  I am not sure what she intended for the design to represent but I am thinking a pineapple, and if you look closely, you will see it is in the petal at the top of the one pineapple. It did not change the stitch pattern, and I didn't even notice my mistake until I was blocking the doily.  I was sad that I didn't notice it.  Had I noticed it I would have corrected it.

If you are first time visitor you are welcome to go through my blog and look at the snowflakes I've designed and make a few.  I also have a doily I designed you are welcome to make it too.  It is so pretty in different colors, and variegated colors too.

Here is the doily and if you should visit my blog leave me a message and tell me where you found the mistake?  Thank you.

Doves in Flight

This design is not supposed to be round, but to have 6 sides, but I think it looks better blocked round.

Flight of Fancy..  I also love this design.  It is butterlies.

I am working on the design Garden Symphony now.  I am using the color Wood Violet, a very pretty color.

Hope you enjoy visiting my blog and looking through it at my snowflakes and things I have crocheted and maybe find something I've knitted.

Have a nice day!
